Authentic Leadership for Women Executives

Effective leadership ensures that an organization will achieve its strategic goals. Camden Consulting Group's Authentic Leadership program is specially designed for women to enhance their leadership effectiveness. The program is offered in two separate tracks: for senior executives and for emerging leaders. Each program provides many benefits to the organization, including:

  • Increased leadership effectiveness of crucial women executives
  • A stronger and deeper bench for succession planning
  • Improved retention of the organization’s key employees – minimizing the loss of talent, knowledge and experience, as well as the cost of turnover
  • Increased productivity and engagement of the executive and her team
  • A clear demonstration of the organization's investment in the development of its women leaders

Who Should Attend

Senior executives who are:

  • C-level, Executive or Senior VPs
  • Heading significant business or functional units
  • Undertaking stretch assignments
  • Balancing the demanding needs of work and home

Emerging leaders who are:

  • Identified as future organizational leaders
  • High-potential employees poised to move into new positions or areas of responsibility
  • Professionals needing a better understanding of the difference between leadership and management competencies

Inspiring Women Senior Executives and Emerging Leaders
Camden's process encourages women senior executives and emerging leaders to act in alignment with their core values and beliefs − both in work and in life. The program offers a blended learning experience of group and individual coaching sessions to develop a realistic path to more effective leadership. It also provides a rare opportunity to dialogue with an intimate group of peers about leadership experiences. What results for participants is a renewed sense of personal integration, identification of leadership ideals and principles, and an action plan by which to apply these learnings to their work and every day lives.

Benefits to the senior executives:

  • Development of a well-rounded, full-spectrum strategy for leadership that includes thinking and acting more systemically for the entire organization
  • A clear articulation of long-range vision and ways to generate creative options for problem-solving, addressing underlying fears and increasing realistic optimism
  • Sustainable processes and infrastructures for their division's or team's efforts, daily work habits and measurements of progress that are aligned with the organization's goals
  • A better understanding of the diversity of women's leadership styles
  • A return to their work and lives feeling rejuvenated from the core
  • A sustainable network of peers and insights to apply to their professional and personal lives

Benefits to the emerging leaders:

  • Greater confidence and the development of a stronger leadership presence
  • A practical framework and approach for use in developing their own teams
  • A more proactive approach for strategizing, decision-making, communicating and navigating the organization
  • A network of peers to draw upon for support and advice in handling future business issues

Organizational Recruiting Support through Partner Career Relocation Programs

Today, there are 28 million dual-income couples that together make up 45 percent of the workforce. When a person is offered a career opportunity in another city, it can be a time of great anxiety for his or her partner. In addition to the stress of the physical move, the partner may be facing a career change as well. In fact, "family ties" and "family considerations" rank at the top of the list for why candidates turn down opportunities involving relocation and employees decline transfers.

To help our client organizations, Keystone Partners is proud to extend our career management services to relocating partners. In addition to helping the partner explore new career paths, Keystone's Partner Career Relocation Programs add a new dimension to the recruiting organization's efforts. It can be this unexpected benefit that entices the recruit to accept the offer.

Partner Career Relocation Programs are provided through either our Essex Partners or Keystone Associates divisions, depending on the need of the relocating partner.
