Partnership: Our partnership philosophy extends to our client companies and candidates. With clients, we develop a consultative approach which involves continuous, reciprocal communication. In order to ensure the organization's goals are being met, we assign a lead account manager from start to finish for each project. Each career transition candidate works one-on-one with a professional career consultant. Working in partnership, they formulate a personal career plan designed to lead to success in a timely fashion. Each coaching candidate or team works one-on-one and as a group with an executive coach to establish organziational and personal goals, as well as developmental action plans.
